All items returned, must be labeled "return" to avoid VAT !!!

CONDITIONS:

• The order will be shipped by the Norwegian postservice. These prices are fix. 
• Orders will generally be processed the following business day.
• Shipping prices are calculated in the shopping cart during checkout.
• All prices for customers living outside Norway will get prices calculated without VAT. You may have to pay taxes in your own country. Please check with your local customs officials for customduties or taxes that may be due when shipment arrives. 
• Shipping charges are not refundable on refused, unclaimed or undeliverable packages.
• All items will be shipped without insurance, unless otherwise is prearranged.
• Ellevill AS is not responsible for missing uninsured goods.

FAULTY ITEMS:

If you ever receive goods which are damaged or faulty please send them back to us with a short explanation. We will replace the item and certainly replace the advanced postage.

RETURN:

• Any return of items must be done within 14 days from ordering.
• You have 14 days of return, unused and in the same condition as received.
• The buyer is responsible for costs related to sending items back to Ellevill AS.
